| F.Cuz (포커즈), pronounced Focus, is a korean boy group under CAN Entertainment which houses artists such as Jang Hyejin and Monday Kiz. The original meaning of the name F.Cuz was a mix of four, for four members, cause as in 'reason' and the word focus, showing the group's desire to become the main focus of the music industry. F.Cuz now means For Century Ultimate Zest, representing F.Cuz as the century's enthusiasm, energy and most passionate group. F.Cuz is now officially formed of five members after Leeu's departure: Jinon (Kim Jinchul), Daegun (Kim Daegun), Raehyun (Kim Raehyun), Kan (Choi Younghak) and Yejun (Shim Yejun). The group debuted on January 8th, 2010 on Music Bank with their single Jiggy. The group's fanclub is For U (포유), which is split in three sub fanclubs: Runway for korean and international fans, F1 for fans in the Chinese region and F.antasia for japanese fans. The group's official color is twinkle light silver. |

| The four original members most likely started training together in 2008. In an interview near their debut they said they had been living together in a dorm for a couple of years. Jinon, Kan and Yejun actually met before that, probably during the spring/summer of 2007 at Anyang High School of Arts in the Gyeonggi province. They met when Kan and Yejun joined the school's dance team in their first year of high school, Jinon being in his third. That's also when they met Raehyun, who was Kan and Yejun's classmate. During that time, Leeu was having a few solo activities on his own. He later joined CAN&J Entertainment. As for Daegun, he was a trainee for Xing Entertainment. The four members of F.Cuz were first introduced through a series of videos which showed their personal strong point in the group (singing, dancing, rap) as well as giving us an idea of who they were. Videos of them going to Lotte World or Christmas shopping were also released. Pictures of them in strange outfits and makeup generated much hype for the group's debut. |

| The MV and digital single of their first song Jiggy was released on January 7th, 2010. Jiggy wasn't what people had expected them to do, and even with a better than average debut performance, radio show appearances and dozens of interviews for many news site, people didn't pay much attention to them. They however managed to build a small but strong fanbase. A few days after their debut, Kan injured his foot, forcing him to use crutches. From their debut until now, F.Cuz has the worst of luck when it comes to health during promotion periods. Injured foot, injured toe, diverticulosis, burst eye blood vessel, injured arm, shingles, car accident, stye, black eye, etc. It didn't help them get more popularity as they were often forced to shorten their promotions to take care of their health. They came back in March 2010 with their first mini album No One. The song seemed to get them a bit more popularity, as dark songs were the Kpop trend at the time (as opposed to Jiggy which was an upbeat, cute song). They were affected by more and more health issues, one of them eventually stopping Jinon from performing at all, cutting short their promotions. The No One era was however the time during which Jinon started regularly appearing on Dream Team, which made the name F.Cuz known to a lot more people. The boys also appeared on more variety shows, demonstrating a sudden burst of interest. No One managed to top the taiwanese charts, proving that F.Cuz had a strong fanbase in that part of the world. F.Cuz went to Taiwan and China a lot, showing up to many events as well as posing for many magazines (seemingly becoming Trendy's favorites). The boys signed a contract with the taiwanese company Seed Music and they released a special Asia Version of the No One album which included a chinese version of Jiggy. The song featured Yao Yao, a popular female singer. In August 2010, the official Japanese fanclub was created (before they even had started thinking of a name for Korean fans) and F.Cuz started doing many events, fanmeetings and concerts in the country. Their second mini album, Gorgeous, was released on November 18th and created a lot of noise in Korea and on internet communities. They released a quite unusual MV teaser for their title song, Midnight Sun. Soon after the release the video was banned to people under 19 and the news site had it all covered. Someone from their company later assured that the MV wasn't going to be like the teaser. |

| They had a short period of follow-up promotions at the beginning of 2011 with their song Friend's Graduation (Wanna be your love) until Kan's car accident. During 2011 the boys mostly focused on their japanese activities. On May 21st, during their night F.antastic Live concert, a video of Leeu was shown, announcing that he would be withdrawing from the group after the promotion of Never let you go. CAN&J Entertainment was a company that was actually formed by two companies: CAN Union and Castle J Entreprise. Jinon, Kan and Yejun are under CAN while Leeu is under Castle J. With the two companies merging, it was possible for F.Cuz to be born. However, after Kan's car accident at the beginning of 2011, CAN and Castle J decided to not work together anymore, leaving Leeu in a difficult position: break his contract with Castle J and stay with F.Cuz or stay with his company, leave the group and go solo. Leeu chose the latter. The decision was taken on both sides equally and peacefully. CAN Entertainment didn't force Leeu to stay or go, and Leeu had the full liberty to choose. They released their first japanese single, Never let you go, on August 17th. It includes the japanese versions of Mine and Friend's Graduation as well as I'm OK, a song written by Jinon and Kan. After Leeu's official departure on August 23rd, the boys started working on their next Japanese single as a trio. F.Cuz released a second japanese single including two songs: Luv Holic and Around You on December 21st. On December 20th, CAN Entertainment released a video teaser of F.Cuz's first new member, Daegun, wisely hiding his face and instead focusing on his singing abilities. Three days later, a second video was released, revealing the addition of not one but two members (Raehyun), using the same tactic and giving fans only a teaser of his voice. |

| On April 3rd, an official introduction video of Raehyun was posted and Daegun's introduction was posted on April 10th. The group's comeback has recently been confirmed to be on April 27th. The new album, titled For Century Ultimate Zest, will consist of 6 songs with NO. 1 as the title song. A Japanese version of the album, including 2 remakes, will be released on May 23rd. They released their first Japanese single with 5 members on June 13th. The title song, a ballad, is called Drawing Heart, and it also include the japanese version of NO. 1, called TRAP. The single landed at #10 on Oricon chart, making it F.Cuz most successful Japanese release to date. They had a few promotional activities in Japan before coming back to Korea for a comeback. Their single, a digital one, is called "Dreaming I" and it will be released on August 9th. |
